How is technology shaping the role of HR in the public sector?

People and Technologies has partnered with GovNewsDirect to carry out two independent surveys to investigate this hot topic on how HR is being impacted by technology.

The resulting survey report has been compiled from responses by 284 individuals from Senior HR and Senior Non-HR professionals. These respondents are from a broad range of public sector agencies, including those in central and local government, education, housing associations and the third sector.

The results of the survey are published here to allow participants and other interested parties to benchmark themselves against the wider public sector.
